Vogue says the full fringe is back. There is so much 'fringe-spiration' at the moment, Keria Knightley, Daisy Lowe, Kate Moss, and of course a nod to the 60s and 70s which is so on trend now. No one can deny how gorgeous they look, but as tempting as they are they are a big commitment! From personal experience I know the tedious nature of growing them out.
